Introduction

Q: Are you factory?
A: Yes, we have own factory.

Q: How long will it take to produce an order?
A: 45-60 days, according to customers' order quantity and requirement.

Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 200pcs per item and different models assorted in 1x20'ft.
Since our products are made by wood and glass mainly, we suggest customers to place
the order in FCL(full container loading), so that the goods can be handel carefully by both workers.

Q: What's your common trade terms?
A: Usually, we use FOB Guangzhou with the competitive price.

Q: What's your payment term?
A: T/T 30% deposit before production, the balance to be settled before shipment.
T/T 100% in advance for sample order.
We accept RMB, US dollar and Euro.

Q: Is the sample free of charge?
A: No. Sample fee is required, and express cost collected. If the order confirmed, the sample fee
will be returned accordingly.

Q: Can I get a catalog from you?
A: Yes. We can provide the electronic catalog by E-mail to you, or paper catalog by express with
freight collected.

Q: Can I get a price discount if I order large quantities?
A: Yes, it depends on your quantity.
